Nikken's High Performance VC Holder

The VC Holder produces exceptional gripping torque, run-out accuracy and cutting rigidity. This high performance tool excels in gripping end mills during high-speed rotation, making it especially suitable for finishing operations for die/mold machining. It is pre-balanced for speeds of up to 40,000 RPM and has coolant-thru capabilities.

Run-Out Accuracy

The run-out of less than 3 microns at 4xD produces better stability and improved surface finish.

GH Handle

The GH Handle has a two-way tightening/loosening ratchet on the handle that has been developed to provide quick and convenient loading of the tool. The GH Handle requires only half of the tightening torque with conventional C type spanner. It also dispenses with the need for notches on the nose ring.
